Information we handle

When you create an account, we handle your email, authentication information, and profile information supplied through your chosen sign-in method. We store the invitation content you save, including names, event details, photos, and other uploaded material. Guest responses can include names, attendance, party size, optional contact details, messages, and dietary preferences. Please provide only the information needed for the event.

Why we use it

We use this information to sign you in, save and publish invitations, show guest responses to the invitation owner, send service notifications, provide support, process publication access, and investigate abuse or technical problems. Hosts are responsible for explaining their own use of guest information and obtaining any permission needed to upload or share it.

What is visible to others

Published invitation content is accessible to people who can open its link. Guests may forward links, and public content may be indexed or copied. Do not publish information you need to keep confidential. RSVP responses are intended for the invitation owner; guestbook messages may appear on the invitation. Contact the host if you want a response or message corrected or removed.

Service providers and payments

We use Supabase for authentication, data, and uploads; Vercel for hosting and analytics; and email providers for service notifications and support. Lemon Squeezy handles direct website checkout as merchant of record; we receive order details and payment status to enable publication, rather than your full payment-card details. Purchases through other marketplaces follow their own payment and privacy notices. Providers may process information outside India. External images, maps, music, or other embedded content can also send connection information to the provider when loaded.

Browser storage and analytics

Browser storage supports sign-in and editor functionality. Our usage measurement records a random browser identifier, simplified page paths, referring websites, device category, approximate country when available, and actions such as previews, editing, saves, link copying, sharing, and checkout. While signed in, these actions are associated with your account so authorized administrators can understand progress, return activity, and technical failures. Analytics records action names and error categories, not invitation text, photo contents, AI prompts, passwords, or payment-card details. Copy and share actions do not tell us who received a link. Campaign labels help us understand which links bring visitors; these labels expire after 30 days in browser storage. We also use Vercel Analytics. You can clear or block browser storage through your browser settings, which may affect sign-in and editing.

Retention and your choices

We retain information for providing the service, support, security, and applicable recordkeeping needs. The advertised hosting period describes invitation availability, not a promise that every backup or transaction record is immediately deleted afterward. Email us to request access, correction, deletion, or help with a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity and retain information where required for legal obligations or resolving disputes. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or identity documents in your initial request.

Changes

We may update this notice as the service changes. The effective date above identifies this version.
